Greenpool Capital is very pleased to announce the latest addition to our management team, Malcolm Reed, who joins us as Head of Property Management, overseeing our national portfolio, starting Monday 26th August 2024.

Malcolm has extensive experience as a national director and leader in super-regional shopping centre management, placemaking, marketing, regional asset management and major flagship department store retail.

Most recently working for Colliers where he was the National Director for Property Management Services, his previous employers include Westfield, Scentre Group and CBRE.

Malcolm is starting at a pivotal growth phase in the company, and we look forward to seeing the strength that his leadership will bring to Greenpool Capital over the coming months and years.
