Brad Osborne

MANAGING DIRECTOR

  • Brad has been a Founder and Managing Director of Greenpool Capital since establishing the company in 2016. Brad has over 27 years of institutional experience in all areas of property investment; including structuring, acquisitions and disposals, asset management, development, state and local planning and commercial feasibility assessment.

    Brad has previously worked as the Western Australian State Manager for Westfield / Scentre Group for over 12 years, and as a Regional General Manager, South Australia and Western Australia, for Vicinity Centres.

    Brad’s extensive expertise covers the full spectrum of land uses including, retail, commercial, residential and mixed-use asset classes, which he uses to drive Greenpool Capital’s investment strategies.

Nicole Osborne

DIRECTOR

  • Nicole has been a Founder and Director at Greenpool Capital since its establishment in 2016.  Her role has been pivotal in resource planning for the business during Greenpool’s inception and resulting high growth phase.  Her role includes strategy, operational performance, people management, asset onboarding, talent acquisition, branding and identity, systems, and procedures.

    Nicole is also the director of several other businesses, where her involvement includes property development and investment.

    Prior to this, Nicole held the role of Education Manager Asia Pacific at BBC Worldwide, the commercial division of the British Broadcasting Corporation.  She led the Education non-theatric team focusing on educational and training material to both corporate organisations and educational institutions, as well at free to air TV.  Nicole oversaw both the Australian and New Zealand distribution networks, as well as many countries throughout Asia.  Part of this role involved managing the contract for Harvard Business School Publishing for which BBC Worldwide was an awarded distributor for in Asia Pacific.

Malcolm Reed

HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

  • Malcolm Reed is the Head of Property Management overseeing our national retail portfolio.

    Malcolm has extensive experience as a national director and leader in super-regional shopping centre management, placemaking, marketing, regional asset management and major flagship department store retail.

    Malcolm’s values align with Greenpool Capital’s win-win philosophy for all relationships, and the desire to have positive long-term outcomes for all our employees, tenants, partners and investors alike.

    Most recently working for Colliers where he was the National Director for Property Management Services, Malcolm's previous employers also include Westfield, Scentre Group and CBRE. Malcolm holds his Western Australian Real Estate & Business Agents License.

Mark Galligan

HEAD OF LEASING

  • Mark has been Greenpool Capital’s Head of Leasing since 2021 and leads the group’s strategic leasing activity across the portfolio.

    Mark has over 25 year's industry experience in managing, leasing and developing a diverse portfolio of retail precincts, regional and super regional Shopping Centres throughout Australia.

    Mark was previously Regional Manager of Leasing and Retail Solutions for the Westfield / Scentre Group Shopping Centre assets in Western Australia. During this time Mark was instrumental in repositioning the Westfield WA Shopping Centre portfolio by establishing a number of first to market Retailers into WA and defining the project vision, retail brand planning and income feasibility analysis for the $1.2 Billion redevelopment pipeline for Westfield Carousel ($350 Million), Westfield Whitford City ($100 Million) and the proposed Westfield Stirling ($750 Million).

    Mark’s experience and forward planning for the retail mix at each our centres, is a pivotal part of Greenpool’s strategy.

Daniel Ow

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

  • As Chief Financial Officer, Daniel oversees the financial operations, planning, reporting, and risk management at Greenpool Capital. He leads our finance team which manages Greenpool’s investment analysis, strategic planning, capital structure management, and investor reporting.

    With over two decades of international experience in various industries, including property, infrastructure, consumer goods, and resources, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. This includes an impressive international career, spanning nearly nine years at Rio Tinto in Australia and the UK.

    Most recently, Daniel was the Manager of Financial Business Partners at Perth Airport. He led a team that provided financial oversight for various sectors, including Aviation, Ground Transport, Retail, Property, Operations, and Expansion Projects.

    Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), and has a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning.

Agnes Loo

SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

  • Agnes started at Greenpool Capital in 2022 as a Property Accountant, bringing over 12 years of expertise in financial management and property accounting Greenpool Capital. Her strong and reliable skills saw her quickly promoted to Senior Property Accountant, where she now oversees our Property Accounting team.

    With a strong foundation as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), Agnes is known for her meticulous approach to financial analysis and her strategic insights in optimising financial performance within the property management sector.

    Originally working in Sydney, Agnes relocated to Perth and worked in leading property management firms, where she has played a key role in overseeing financial operations for a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Her proficiency in budget planning, financial forecasting, and lease administration has consistently driven financial performance and operational efficiency.

Anna Munro

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT, WA CENTRES

  • Anna is the Administration Assistant based at Dianella Plaza and Forest Lakes Shopping Centre (WA).  Anna’s duties cover a range of essential day-to-day administrative tasks including finance, retailer and centre management support.

    Anna has been in the property industry for over 10 years, supporting property, facilities for private institutional property managers. Anna was Property Management Assistant for a small commercial agency and was also an Assistant Facilities and Property Manager assisting in building management for a government agency.

    Anna brings a cheery smile with her every day to work and is always happy to help no matter the task.

Dan Palmer

LEASING EXECUTIVE (WA)

  • Dan is the Leasing Executive for our WA Portfolio and brings with him over 25 years of industry experience. He provides leasing outcomes which align with the income and growth requirements of our stakeholders.

    Dan’s primary deliverables include developing and executing leasing strategy, with a strong focus on value-add opportunities including reconfigurations, remixing and pad-site developments.

    Dan’s experience also includes managing a portfolio leasing, admin and tenancy delivery team for an established Western Australian private property owner, as well as owning and operating a significant wholesale and retail fashion jewellery business.

Daud Kamarudin

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

  • Daud holds the position of Property Accountant in Greenpool Capital’s finance team, responsible for managing full set accounts, conducting detailed financial reporting, reviewing budgets, overseeing bank reconciliations, cash flow management, AP/AR functions and ensuring regulatory compliance.

    Throughout his career, Daud has held key financial management roles across various sectors in Australia, where he has been instrumental in corporate restructuring efforts, asset disposals, process improvements, showcasing his experience in financial operations. His accomplishments include enhancing liquidity through asset sales, implementing robust accounting systems, and delivering comprehensive financial guidance to foster organisational growth and stability.

    Daud's commitment to excellence is further evidenced by his proactive stance on enhancing internal controls, conducting audits, and driving operational efficiencies across diverse business sectors, solidifying his reputation as a versatile and accomplished financial professional.

Fei Tie

FINANCE & ADMIN COORDINATOR

  • Fei joined Greenpool Capital in October 2023 as our Finance and Admin Coordinator. Her primary goal is to consistently support our property accountants to seamlessly deliver accurate financial reports.

    Fei is an organised, motivated and self-disciplined person with over a decade of experience in accounts and finance. Her excellent problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in team environment brings a positive, can-do energy to our accounts team. Fei has a strong commitment to her work with accuracy and in a timely manner.

    Prior to joining Greenpool Capital, Fei has held various positions in Western Australia as an Account Manager, Trust Accountant and Bookkeeper.

Helen Lindma

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, DIRECTORS

  • With over 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Helen brings a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and supporting senior executives at Greenpool Capital.

    Helen’s role supports our directors, focusing on meticulously managing schedules, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring seamless communication channels, crucial to optimizing executive productivity.

    Prior to joining Greenpool, Helen was supporting C-suite executives at Knight Frank Australia.

Jannu Rashid

SENIOR CENTRE MANAGER, WA CENTRES / SPECIAL PROJECTS

  • Jannu is Senior Centre Manager across Greenpool Capital’s Western Australian assets. Jannu is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of each centre, supporting the delivery of their overall operational strategies; from overseeing property finance, compliance and safety, retailer and stakeholder management, to managing onsite centre management staff.

    A qualified CPA and registered property manager, Jannu has a diverse background in finance, administration, and management. She has developed a keen eye for detail in a legal background, before transitioning into financial roles, serving as Finance and Admin Manager before advancing to Admin Manager at one of Western Australia's largest retail centres.

    Jannu’s strong analytical and organisational skills have been integral to her career progression. In addition to her formal roles, she has frequently taken on extra duties such as rolling out new processes, testing systems, and onboarding staff. She values interpersonal skills and relationship-building, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

Josh Parker

INVESTMENT ANALYSIS MANAGER

  • As Investment Analysis Manager, Josh is responsible for the financial analysis, reporting and valuation requirements of the business as well as assessing opportunities both for existing funds or through new asset acquisitions.

    Josh has over 10 years industry experience having most recently worked in a variety of roles for Western Australian based property owner, Hawaiian. Josh was responsible for internal and external valuation programmes, board reporting, strategic asset planning, cashflow forecasting, feasibility and scenario analysis while playing a key role in asset acquisition and disposal due diligence.

    Prior to this, Josh commenced his career as a licenced commercial Valuer with Savills. In this role, Josh specialised in the valuation of high value, institutional grade assets while also having exposure to all major asset classes including within the office, retail, industrial, medical, agricultural and residential sectors.

John Nuell

LEASING EXECUTIVE, RUNAWAY BAY CENTRE

  • John Nuell is recognised by the retail industry as one of its best credentialled leasing, management and development specialists.

    His career to date encapsulates senior management and development roles at Woolworths Properties, Lion Nathan NZ and 23 years as a leasing consultant to Westfield and Scentre Group in Queensland.

    John has been heavily involved in the development leasing of Helensvale, Cardindale, Chermside and North Lakes regional and super regional centres in Queensland. John joined Greenpool Capital in June 2023 and has been pivotal in the leasing re-positioning of Runaway Bay Centre on the northern Gold Coast.

Justin Bullivant

PORTFOLIO OPERATIONS MANAGER

  • Justin is our Portfolio Operations Manager, overseeing the operational risk and safety management of Greenpool Capital's assets, as well as driving our CAPEX and Pad Site budgets. Justin’s role assists our centre teams with contract procurement, risk management, OPEX strategies, major capital expenditure and projects. He also manages minor development value-add projects and infrastructure works.

    Justin’s prior experience includes managing Bloombergs European HQ, followed by 7 years with Scentre Group working in three different states. Here Justin was involved in major retail developments, including the greenfield development at Coomera (QLD) in 2018.

    Justin has also been Senior Operations Manager at Claremont Quarter (WA), before transitioning to a Projects Team responsible for Major Infrastructure projects and Tenancy delivery at Claremont Quarter in addition to managing the capital works at Cable Beach Club Resort in Broome.

Kristin McIntosh

OFFICE ASSISTANT

  • Kristin joined Greenpool Capital as Office Assistant in October 2023. Her main objective is to facilitate smooth administrative operations in our Head Office.

    She is highly valued for her exceptional filing and organizational abilities. Known for her proactive approach, friendly demeanor, and great sense of humor, Kristin adds a daily touch of brightness to the office.

    Previously, Kristin has held a broad range of positions in Australia and overseas, within hospitality, customer service, marketing, office reception most recently within the education department in administration and as a teacher’s assistant.

Lorine Davis

RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER, RUNAWAY BAY CENTRE

  • As Retail Marketing Manager at Runaway Bay Centre (QLD), Lorine is responsible for supporting the Senior Centre Manager in all aspects of centre operations, retailer management and implementing the asset’s marketing campaigns.

    With over 10 years in retail and property management, Lorine brings a wealth of experience in leasing, management, and marketing to her role. With exceptional communication skills and an ability to forge lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, customers, and colleagues, Lorine is driven to deliver consistent results for our stakeholders.

    Lorine was previously Commercial Asset Manager at Helensvale Plaza and Retail Manager at Nerang Mall, where she managed all aspects of the asset’s operations, implementing innovative marketing strategies and streamlined operational processes to enhance the mall’s performance.

Nathan Ryan

FACILITIES COORDINATOR, RUNAWAY BAY CENTRE

  • Nathan is the Facilities Coordinator at Runaway Bay Centre. Nathan attends to all maintenance needs and requirements of the centre, whilst also ensuring that the asset is operating safely, including that all equipment and devices are operating properly.

    Nathan’s background is in building and maintenance on the Gold Coast, working at properties such as Q1, Versace, Movie World and building medical centres Australia wide.

Pamela Wakeford

SENIOR CENTRE MANAGER, RUNAWAY BAY CENTRE

  • Pamela is our Senior Centre Manager of Runaway Bay Centre (QLD), leading the onsite centre management team in delivering the asset’s operational strategies and targets. Pamela oversees the management of the centre’s 142 specialty retailers, ensuring customer and retailer experience is at the forefront of her management strategy.

    Pamela uses her extensive experience in property management across various asset classes to drive financial improvements, operational efficiencies and foster strong relationships with all stakeholders.

    Pamela has been recognised multiple times for her work in property management, strategic marketing and as a leading figure within the industry. Pamela has previously held Senior and Centre Manager roles, notably at QueensPlaza (QLD), where she managed a luxury asset with over 65 international and local retailers, leading a major $55m redevelopment project and strategic, award winning marketing campaigns, resulting in a marked increase in MAT and specialty rates.

Paul Newton

FACILITIES MANAGER, RUNAWAY BAY CENTRE

  • Paul is the Facilities Manager of Runaway Bay Centre (QLD), where he ensures the safety, cleanliness and operational efficiency of the centre to the highest standard.

    Paul uses his technical and operational expertise to supporting the centre’s Opex and Capex strategies for maintaining and improving the centre, while also managing operational contractors and tenancy delivery activities. He manages contracts to ensure agreed service levels are maintained while optimising costs with a focus on maximising the everyday satisfaction of customer and retailers - which he sees as a key part of his role.

    Paul has extensive experience as both a business owner-operator and as facilities manager, working across multiple retail and commercial sites for various owners and agencies. Paul’s proactive approach, attention to detail and strong relationship skills contribute to creating a welcoming, well-maintained and safe environment for both our customers and retailers.

Ronan McDonagh

CENTRE MANAGER, FOREST LAKES SHOPPING CENTRE

  • Ronan joined Greenpool Capital in March 2023 as Centre Manager of Forest Lakes Shopping Centre (WA). Ronan manages all aspects of the centre, including contractor and retailer relationships, with a high focus on stakeholder management and operational management.

    Prior to this, Ronan worked in commercial office sales and leasing, before moving to a fast-paced role in retail commercial property management, including managing shopping centres for over 5 years.

    Ronan holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Property Studies from Atlantic Technological University, Ireland.

Sach Corbett

LEASING ADMINISTRATOR

  • A seasoned administrator, Sach comes to Greenpool Capital from both large international blue-chip companies and smaller unlisted start-up companies and is focused on assisting businesses reach their full potential.

    Sach has three decades of administration experience, both in Australia and overseas, across a variety of industries. With the last decade focusing on retail property management both for landlords and managing agents, her keen eye and diligence in financial and lease administration disciplines have assisted owners to manage tenants and achieve favourable returns. Having previously held roles with Lendlease at a centre-level, Sach joins our head office team from a varied Administration Manager role with JLL at Riverton Forum Shopping Centre.

Shayne Harris

MARKETING MANAGER

  • Shayne is the Marketing Manager for Greenpool Capital and is responsible for supporting the group’s corporate marketing. Shayne also uses his keen eye for brand, design and marketing management to help oversee marketing implementation across Greenpool’s asset portfolio, ensuring alignment with our core values and asset management strategies.

    Shayne’s professional experience in property spans over 20 years across a host of disciplines, from operational support, finance, administration, HR, project and office management, marketing and IT management. Shayne was the development executive assistant and later Development Marketing Coordinator for AMP Capital on their flagship $800M development of Karrinyup Shopping Centre.

    Shayne has been recognised at a national level for his professional and academic achievements, notably in the RMIT Vice-Chancellor’s List for Academic Excellence (Top 2% of Higher Education, Postgraduate Marketing), Executive PA Media Awards (Finalist, PA of the Year) and the Property Council Academy (High Achiever, Retail Industry Diploma).

Susan LeCordier

CENTRE ADMINISTRATION, RUNAWAY BAY CENTRE

  • Susan (Sue) LeCordier has been at Runaway Bay Centre for 17 years, currently in the role of Centre Administration, where she is responsible for delivering smooth daily administrative & operational support to the centre management team.

    Sue has excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Prior to this role, Sue worked part time in Customer Service, being the first point of call for customers & retailers.

Troy Baldwinson

FACILITIES MANAGER, WA CENTRES

  • Troy is an experienced Facilities Manager with over 12 years of industry experience, specialising in building compliance and maintenance of Greenpool Capital’s WA centres.

    Troy has a proven track record in managing building compliance and operations.

    He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ballarat and is committed to fostering a safe and harmonious workplace, which he uses to build core relationships with all stakeholders.

Vendela Kumlien

MARKETING & CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR, WA CENTRES

  • Vendela is the Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator across Greenpool Capital’s WA centres. Vendela uses her dedication and passion for building meaningful connections to engage with customers, retailers and other stakeholders and implement centre marketing activities.

    Born and raised in Sweden, Vendela boasts extensive experience across the retail, hospitality, and creative sectors. With a bachelor's degree in public relations, advertising, and marketing, Vendela has honed a versatile skill set that blends strategic thinking with creative flair.

    Vendela’s experience in marketing, particularly within the shopping centre industry, has allowed her to craft and execute impactful campaigns that drive engagement and boost foot traffic.
